The 3 hour workshop will be broken up into 3, 1 hour blocks, where each hour will have a specific focus.
This will be a knowledge-based and lecture focused workshop, but physical participation is welcomed and encouraged.
Please bring an open mind, positive attitude, tools for note taking, wear athletic clothing, and arrive early and hydrated/caffienated :).
