5 Quick Nutrition Tips

  1. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and NO SUGAR.
  2. Don't drink your calories (stick to water, coffee, and tea).
  3. Shop the perimeter at the grocery store. If it has a food label on it, think twice before buying it.
  4. Avoid refined, starchy, white carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, sugar, etc.) or at least consume in moderation.
  5. Eat the same few meals over and over again, especially for breakfast and lunch. You probably do this already; you’re just picking new default meals.

Many of our clients have had success with these tips and we hope you find success, too. Nutrition can be daunting, so we've found simple is best.
