10 Holiday Workouts - No Equipment Required



Are you travelling out of town for the holidays? Or stuck on a business trip? Here are 10 at workouts you can try no matter where you are to stay on track.

The following workouts can be down at home and require no equipment. We’ve broken them down into a few different categories (core, strength, metabolic conditioning, etc.).

Core:

Core Strength Workout #1 (10 min)

Core Strength Workout #2 (10 min)

Core Strength Workout #3 (10 min)

Core Strength Workout #4 (10 min)

Strength

Push-up Strength Series (10-20 min)

Handstand Workout (10 min):

Accumulate as much time as possible upside down in 10 minutes.

Metabolic Conditioning

MetCon Workout #1 (20 min):

Part 1) Trebel Endurance Warm-up

Part 2) 7 minutes of max burpees

MetCon Workout #2 (30 min):

Part 1) Trebel Endurance Warm-up

Part 2) 5 Rounds of 200-400m run and 15 squats. *modify volume of squats (-50) depending on fitness level

MetCon Workout #3 (25 min):

Part 1) Trebel Endurance Warm-up

Part 2) 15 min AMRAP: 10 squats, 10 sit-ups, 10 burpees
