I Could Give 1,000 Reasons Why...

What drives our decisions everyday to either get to the gym or not?

We contend that attitude is everything. If you set yourself up for success and put your workout times on your calendar weekly, you are going to be more apt to follow up with that calendar appointment and get in to train.

Seeing these events as actual appointments that have to be kept is very motivating. Think of these dates as you would any other appointment that you keep.

Do you say these things to yourself?

I hate sweating.

I hate being too hot

I hate being too cold
I hate being out of breath
I hate when my hair gets messed up
I hate sore muscles
I hate blisters and calluses
I hate getting wet in the rain
I hate getting out of bed when it’s dark and cold
I hate going out at night when it’s dark and cold
I hate getting dirty
I hate working out in front of people at the gym
Let's change that thought process! We all know how good it feels to train for an hour and move on with our day!

Power through the discomfort and realize that your training is a huge accomplishment!

Our comforts will always be there, but step outside of them once in a while and maybe you'll find it's not so bad after all.

This lady will be missed!! We love you, Trang!! Best of luck with your new endeavors!
