Noah's Weight Loss Journey



One year ago, Noah decided to make a change.

Over the 12 months that followed, Noah modified his diet and committed himself to training at Trebel, rock climbing, and guitar. In that time he lost 75# and each day strives to be a healthier and happier version of himself.
