“I wake up with a specific purpose in mind each day: to share the gift of lifelong health and fitness with as many people as possible. This career allows me to do that. I couldn’t imagine doing anything other than what I’m doing right now. When I walked through the doors of Trebel for the first time, I didn’t start a job – I found a vocation. “
Coach Rob’s athletic background comes from a wide array of sports and activities. He was involved in baseball and basketball up through his sophomore year of high school before discovering the martial arts. Rob continues to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the Tim Mannon of Team Mannon BJJ, holding the rank of purple belt.
After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2015 with a degree in Engineering Science & Mechanics, Rob joined the workforce and moved to San Francisco, CA. After a year, he felt a pull to return to his home away from home, Blacksburg, and open a new chapter in his life that was geared more towards his passion for health, fitness, and helping others become fit for life.
With a new sense of purpose Rob returned to Virginia and joined our Apprentice Program, working fulltime at Trebel Wellness Solutions.
