Canadian Army Master Corporal Erin Doyle, 32, was killed in a firefight August 11th, 2008 in the Panjwaii District, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.

He is survived by his wife Nicole and his daughter Zarine.

15 dumbbell Split Cleans (25/15#)
21 Pull-ups

20 minutes at a sustainable pace:
10 dumbbell Squats @31X1
5 Rings Rows @33X3
5 Push-ups @31X1
30 second Front Leaning Rest

Fitness:
Five rounds for time of:
15 dumbbell Split Cleans
5-15 Strict Pull-ups, Jumping Pull-ups for Strength, Piked Ring Rows, Ring Rows, etc.

Performance:
Five rounds for time of:
15 dumbbell Split Cleans (25/15#) *alternating
21 Pull-ups (11 Strict, then 10 Kipping)

*4 minute cap each round
*20 minute total cap
