What Are You Paying For?

What are you paying for? A sweaty workout, or a relationship with a coach for life and a solution to a real problem?

First time clients walk into our gym often intimidated and a bit confused about what they are looking for in a gym. Usually the first questions out of their mouths are things like:
  • How much does it cost?
  • What time are the classes?
  • Can I go to unlimited classes?
  • What do you do in the classes?

While certainly important, these questions are not at the core of what we do at Trebel. What we do is slightly different. We are trying to offer a professional coaching service, make a real difference in people’s lives, and give coaches the chance to earn a professional wage.
Most gyms out their (CrossFit or otherwise) are group exercise facilities that offer 10 classes a day. Those gyms have a high churn rate of clients and coaches (because most people are there just for a workout and eventually get bored or injured, and there’s nothing keeping them to the gym when that happens).
But the main challenges with the above business model is when all you’re doing is selling a group exercise class, clients do NOT receive the care they need to get fit and stay fit for life.
At Trebel, we offer a professional coaching service. You’re paying for a relationship with a coach for life, not just a place to show up and workout. If you are looking for “good workouts” alone, then we are probably not the place for you.
Do you have a friend who is interested in becoming fit for life? We love referrals. Email and to get them started on the right foot :)
