An all-levels class combining flowing movement and deep sustained stretches, with plenty of personalized attention. We will explore standing, seated and reclined postures, as well as twists, gentle backbends, and supported inversions.
The marriage of breath and movement encourages the body to open safely and organically, improving flexibility, stability, balance, and strength. As tension exits the body, worries leave the mind.
