Private Training

1-on-1 training customized to your individual needs.

Semi-Private Training

Semi private training involves working with a trainer and up to 4 other clients in a session. It’s a cross between traditional training and small groups. Semi-private training allows you to make friends while getting an effective workout.

Small Group Training

An extension of Private Training where you are executing your individual training plan in a small group of peers.
